The translation in Arabic of WINS Best Practice Guides were completed in partnership with the Middle East Scientific Institute for Security (MESIS), a Jordan-based non-governmental organization. MESIS pursues collaborative projects across the Middle East with a view to create a space for the scientific community in the Middle East region to come together to address CBRN issues and receive training where possible. MESIS has been a WINS’ partner since 2011.
MESIS recently participated in the translation of the WINS Best Practice Guide on the Security of Radioactive Sources used in Medical Applications.
