PNS congratulates WINS Academy graduates

WINS is pleased to relay the special news featured on the the U.S. Department of State’s Partnership for Nuclear Security (PNS) website, and showcasing the experience of graduates of the WINS Academy Nuclear Security Management Certification Programme.
