The Carnegie Corporation of New York is publishing a series of posts about issues related to the 2016 Nuclear Security Summit, that will take place in Washington, D.C., on March 31-April 1 to address the threat of nuclear terrorism.

Today’s author is William H. Tobey, Chairman of the WINS Board, Senior Fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University and a former Deputy Administrator for Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation at the National Nuclear Security Administration. In his post, Mr. Tobey warns against security complacency and discusses how we can address this issue, including via the WINS Academy.
