Apply for the Project and Administrative Assistant opening today! The Project and Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to WINS projects and will support project leads during the preparation and implementation of WINS events including virtual and in-person events as well as office management duties.
The position is available from January 1st 2024 for an initial period of one year (maternity leave cover) with the possibility that this period will be extended based on the overall length of maternity leave.
Fluency in written and spoken English and German is required for the position for communication with all WINS Staff, stakeholders and external authorities in Austria. WINS is a small integrated team and good communications skills and a positive attitude to supporting and working with all team members is an essential element of the position.
The annual gross salary range for the position is 35,000-45,000 Euros depending on experience.
