WINS has developed a First Webinar on the Development of Training: Introduction to Systematic Approach to Training Methodology to shine a spotlight on the systematic approach to training (SAT) that offers a logical progression from identifying the competencies required to perform a job to developing and implementing training programs designed to achieve those competencies. The target audience of this webinar are a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including delegates who have been attending webinar 1 and 2, 3 and individuals employed by organizations entrusted with responsibilities related to the safe and secure management of radioactive sources as well as the safe and secure management of research reactor facilities from beneficiary countries: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
