Introduction to Systematic Approach to Training Methodology for the ASEAN Region

WINS presented a second webinar introducing the systematic approach to training (SAT) methodology for the ASEAN region to explore in depth:

• The concept of SAT
• The five parts of the ADDIE model
• Assessment methodologies
• A local case study on SAT

Participants also had the opportunity to cooperate in small groups to apply the systematic approach to training to a relevant nuclear security example. A short webinar participant booklet was designed to accompany the webinar.

The webinar was held on 27 February 2025 at 10:00 AM CET. It was moderated by Helene Jewell of Jewell Facilitation, together with WINS Senior Project Manager Asel Khamzayeva.
