Upcoming Webinar on Nuclear Safety and Security Culture from King’s College London

The Centre for Science & Security Studies at King’s College London will be holding a webinar on 23 September 2021 entitled “Developing a robust and resilient safety and security culture.”

The webinar will feature Ms. Wendy Anyster, Consulting Occupational Psychologist at Leadershipvine Ltd, and examine behavioural characteristics necessary to promote a robust nuclear safety and nuclear mindset in the workplace.

Some topics that will be tackled during this webinar include the social factors that influence how people operate in the work environment and how to create an environment conducive to a culture of open communication, trust and accountability.
