Arms Control Association article on the 2016 Nuclear Security Summit

In the May 2016 edition of Arms Control TODAY, the monthly journal on nonproliferation and global security, Kingston Reif and Daniel Horner wrote a piece on the outcome of the 2016 Nuclear Security Summit. 

In this article, the authors refer to key nuclear security experts, among them Dr. John Barrett, WINS Board Member and president and CEO of the Canadian Nuclear Association, and Dr. Roger Howsley, WINS Executive Director, who talks about one of the 10 WINS External Strategic Outcomes for 2020.
