The paper describes an approach to the planning, implementation and reporting of peer reviews for Assessing the Operational Readiness of Security Systems implemented at Nuclear Facilities and can be used for a range of facilities including nuclear power plants, fuel cycle facilities, research reactors, isotope production facilities, etc.
