Reporting Framework for Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion

The WINS Reporting Framework on Advancing Gender Equality, Diversity & Inclusion is designed to assist organisations with responsibility for nuclear security to develop and publish reports that communicate the outcome of their gender equality, diversity and inclusion programmes.

This document is part of the WINS’ series of publications focused on gender and nuclear security and is a companion document to the Self-Assessment, Evaluation and Action Plan Tool.

The reporting framework guides the reader on how to report on gender equality, diversity and inclusion through the Plan, Prepare, Publish, Promote cycle and provides the main reporting principles and components.

To illustrate how to report on these areas, the reporting framework includes a fictional example of how a nuclear energy provider utilises the Plan, Prepare, Publish and Promote reporting cycle.​
