The objective of this webinar was to discuss the importance of a diverse and inclusive sector for women in response to nuclear security incidents and events; the importance of the role of women in response; and barriers to entry, opportunities, lessons learned and the way forward. The webinar focused on both national and institutional perspectives as well as different roles within response.
