Helping licensees assess the maturity of their security programme and measure their security culture effectiveness.
How can organisations in the nuclear security sector benefit from providing reports on the outcomes of their gender equality, diversity and inclusion programmes?
We invited all nuclear security stakeholders to talk about the power of reporting and to attend the virtual launch of our Reporting Framework. This event featured special guests at the launch who had helped us develop the new Reporting Framework publication by sharing their best practices both from the nuclear sector and beyond.
The virtual launch was designed to inform leaders and managers, staff of organisations and human resource professionals in how they can support their organisation to report on their gender equality, diversity and inclusion outcomes.
It was designed for all types of organisations working in the nuclear sector regardless of the status or maturity or progress toward gender equality, diversity and inclusion outcomes.
The event featured the reporting framework, which contains a step-by-step guide on planning, preparing, publishing and promoting reports on gender equality, diversity and inclusion. The framework also uses practical, real-world, relevant examples to better illustrate each stage of the reporting journey.
