Speakers at an Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) forum that took place in Vienna on 23 May 2018 emphasised the importance of nuclear security and of cooperation between civil and military authorities.
In his presentation at the event, WINS Executive Director Roger Howsley spoke of the need for demonstrable competence among personnel with responsibilities for nuclear security management. He also emphasised WINS’ commitment to diversity and the International Gender Champions Initiative.
