The NSBB 2016 Edition is a reference guide designated for participants in the Nuclear Security Summit (NSS) process and other interested parties. It is divided into two main parts. Part I comprises three sections: (1) an introductory guide to nuclear terrorism; (2) an overview of the history of international cooperation in the field of nuclear security highlighting key instruments and initiatives; and (3) an overview of the evolution and main outcomes of the NSS process to date with a brief consideration of the future of the process.
