On November 20, 2015, the University of Ibn Tofail INMM Student Chapter organised a study group focusing on the WINS Academy Module for Scientists, Technicians and Engineers. This second event in a series of WINS Academy-related study groups organised by the UIT-INMM was very successful, gathering over 40 professors and students enrolled in engineering, nuclear science and information security educational programmes.
WINS supported this event by providing training materials to attendees and by conducting a 90 min live Q&A session using Skype. During this session, participants at the workshop had the opportunity to discuss important nuclear security issues and ask questions to two WINS subject matter experts.
We sincerely thank the UIT INMM Student Chapter for organising this successful event and are very impressed with this initiative in support of nuclear security education.
We are pleased to continue supporting the work of the UIT-INMM chapter and other similar student and professional associations in the future.
