The Vienna Center for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation (VCDNP) has begun accepting applications to its introductory course on the proliferation of nuclear weapons. The course – which is slated to take place between 23-25 February in Vienna, Austria – is geared toward graduate and post-graduate students in the IT and engineering fields. The VCDNP strongly encourages applications from qualified women.
Only students presently enrolled at European universities can apply, and there is no tuition fee for the short course. Furthermore, the VCDNP can cover expenses related to accommodation and travel costs for students coming from outside Vienna. The deadline to apply is 16 January 2022.
