Levelling the field for everyone enables all talented individuals to contribute to strengthening cybersecurity in any organisation or country. At the same time, it helps close existing gaps, eliminating biases and disadvantages, leading to a more secure world.
What advice would you give women who are entering the field?
Be confident in your skills and knowledge and do not hesitate to use them to achieve your goals. Cybersecurity is eager for driven and competent people, traits equally available in women or men, which means you have come to the right place to grow individually while making a meaningful contribution.
