WINS Executive Director contributes to an article in the Washington Post

Dr. Roger Howsley has been asked to provide his views on the evolving nuclear threats, after the March 22 Brussels attacks stoke fears about security of Belgian nuclear facilities, in an article published on the Washington Post.
