Over 125 participants attended WINS’ first operational webinar on the Security of Radioactive Sources: Experiences and Lessons Learned on December 2, 2014.

This webinar was professionally facilitated by Mr. Julian Powe and features Ms. Jodi Ploquin (Canada) and Mr. Chris Englefield (United Kingdom) in a panel discussion on the experiences and lessons learned from developing regulatory requirements and implementing security upgrades for radioactive sources. The speakers discussed the main challenges and solutions when strengthening the security of sources and provide both a regulator and an operator perspectives.
